What are the delivery prices and delivery time ?

The shipping charge depends on the amount of your order and your country of delivery.
Depending on the products ordered, the order processing time can vary between 1 and 2 business days, in addition to shipping time.

For any order in France of less than €60, the charges are:
Colissimo: €6.90 (delivery in 48 hours)
Mondial Relay: €3.90 (delivery in 48 hours)
Chronopost: €14.90 (delivery in 24 hours)

For any order to French overseas departments (DOM):
Colissimo: € 35(D+5 to D+10)

For any order in France over €60, shipping is free via Mondial Relay

For any order in Europe under €60, the charges are:
Mondial Relay: €3.90 for available countries (D+3/4)
UPS Access point: €8.50 for available countries (D+2/3)

For any order in Europe over €60, shipping is free via Mondial Relay and UPS

Is online payment secure?

All data associated with your order and your payment are sent via encryption using the SSL protocol from your computer to our banking partner's electronic payment terminal.

You're able to verify the security system by spotting on the bottom of the page a locked padlock the universal security symbol giving you complete security as you conclude your online transaction.

How can I track my package?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will be informed immediately by email.
This message will also contain a tracking number and a link for tracking your order. You just need to click on the link to find where your package is, in real time.

You can also find this number on the details for your order in your "My account" area, which will let you view the processing steps in progress.

How can I return my product?

If you are not fully satisfied with one of our products, just return any item purchased on our website within 15 days from the day your order was received, without having to provide a reason, as long as the product is in perfect condition (see: General Terms and Conditions of Sale). Excluded are products made to your specifications (e.g., products sold by the metre), or clearly personalised, made to order or not, which cannot be the subject of the right of retraction on your part pursuant to Article 121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code.

For the purposes of this return, we invite you to either read our response to the question I would like to return all or part of my order, or to contact our Rugby Division Customer Service, who will advise you on the most appropriate procedure to follow, based on the shipping method used for your product.

how can I use my promotional code?

The promo code is associated with a specific operation. It is usable only once and promo codes may not be combined.

Using the Promo Code:

The promo code must be entered in the I have a promo code field, below the order total, when you are filling your shopping cart and before confirming your order. Once your order is confirmed, you can no longer re-credit the sales discount associated with a promo code. It would then be lost permanently.

Furthermore, we strongly recommend you finalise your order immediately after entering your promo code in order to prevent any malfunctions which may deprive you of its benefits.
